The Carbon Block filter cartridge is made from coconut shell carbon, which effectively reduces chlorine taste and odor. It is suitable for use as either a prefilter or postfilter in reverse osmosis systems. All materials used in the cartridge comply with FDA standards, making it an excellent choice for various residential, food service, and commercial drinking water applications.

These Carbon Block Filters are produced through a process that results in a cartridge with nominal micron filtration and high dirt-holding capacity.
